Located at 616 Royal Parkway Executive Travel & Parking is located only a couple of minutes from the Nashville International Airport.

Upon arrival you may pull up under our large weather proof canopy and a staff member will greet you to take down your information and offer you assistance with any automotive detail or maintenance issues you would like taken care of while on your trip. After checking in you will be provided a claim ticket and a friendly valet will offer to assist you with your luggage as you board one of our spacious shuttles.

Automotive services include a full range of detail options as well as all types of basic maintenance needs.

Upon your return to the Nashville Airport, after you have claimed your baggage please call us with your name and claim check number. Within minutes, our shuttle will meet you on the ground transportation level of the Nashville Airport facility. This is one level below baggage claim. Once there please proceed through the double doors and across to the front of the parking garage. If you are unfamiliar with this pickup spot you will know you are in the right place if to the left you see a sign that says "Hotel Shuttles", which is the designated pickup section for all pickup shuttles.

Again, your valet will be happy to help with your luggage if desired. Upon return your vehicle will be waiting under the canopy with trunk open for your convenience.

Express Parkers (those who have a credit card on file) will find their receipt conveniently placed on the front seat as you will already be checked out and ready to go. Non-Express Parkers will need to come inside for checkout where a staff member will be happy to help you as quickly as possible.
